With a busy mind and a body seemingly always on high alert, these sessions have given me space to slow down, breathe, and truly connect with nature. Shahleeni has a gentle, intuitive way of guiding each session, creating a calm and supportive space. I’ve noticed things in nature I’d never seen before and now try to bring that awareness into my daily life. A truly grounding experience I’d highly recommend for long term health and wellbeing!

Forest therapy allowed me to slow down and observe natural details, disconnect from devices and stress and take some time for myself. constantly spending time in built up areas of noise, crowds and traffic, with daily stress means you miss the effect that being away from this can have. Sessions in nature definitely have reduced my anxiety and had a positive effect on my nervous system

Very relaxing and gave me time and the opportunity to switch down a gear.   I have high blood pressure and the whole experience helped me relaxed and my blood pressure readings were pointing in the right direction after the forest therapy session.   The opportunity to be at one with nature. Very relaxing and gave me time and the opportunity to switch down a gear.   I have high blood pressure and the whole experience helped me relaxed and my blood pressure readings were pointing in the right direction after the forest therapy session.   The opportunity to be at one with nature. I actually listened to bird song. I cannot remember when I last took time out to do just that. 

 I thought I would find it hard to switch off. The therapy session provided me with the tools to regain my equilibrium . 

 Most definitely highly recommend this therapy to a friend, as it helped me reboot my energy levels and made me realise we need to make time for ourselves. Being immersed in nature is very cathartic.
